Stylianos Syropoulos
Graduate Researcher
Stylianos received his B.A. in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College in May 2018. He is currently a second year PhD student in the Psychology of Peace and Violence Program (Social Psychology Division) under the supervision of Dr. Bernhard Leidner. Stylianos' research interests focus on the examination of intergroup conflict with a specific focus on: (1) understanding antecedents and motivations that promote conflict escalation; (2) the implementation of potential interventions that can reduce conflict. At the interpersonal level, his research also examines perceived safety, motivations to engage in conservation efforts, and morality.
